"It amazes and delights! me how Jackie can offer such an excellent "made to measure" training solution for practices. Whether it is training needed for the whole team, or training needed for individuals on specific topics, Jackie can always deliver.
For all courses she always tries to vary the location of the training, to make it viable for as many people as possible to travel to the venue. This is not always easy in an area such as Derbyshire!
She covers all the mandatory areas of training, such as Equality and Diversity and Information Governance, which can be bought in to be delivered to the whole team, in the comfort of your own "home", as and when required. Two in house sessions we have arranged are Managing Patient Expectations and Telephone Techniques. When delivered to the team together it enables joint discussion and learning and can be invaluable for improving the way in which a practice works.
As a Practice Manager, it is always a bit of a nightmare making sure that everyone gets all the training they need/must have, but Jackie makes this task so much easier. Thank you!"
